This Privacy Policy sets out how All For KIDZ, Inc. ("All For KIDZ," "AFK," "we," "us," or "our"), producer of The NED Shows® and operator of www.thenedshows.com, www.allforkidz.com, www.forallkidz.org, www.mindsetmission.com, www.kindnessadventure.com, and related sites (collectively, the "Site"), collects, uses, discloses, and protects information in connection with your use of the Site and our Services.

All For KIDZ is committed to protecting your privacy. If we ask you to provide information by which you can be identified, you can be assured it will only be used in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Who this Site is for. The Site and its Services are designed and intended for use by school districts, schools, teachers, counselors, and other adult education professionals for the purpose of purchasing and administering access to lesson plans, classroom units, and related educational Materials for classroom and district use. The Site is not directed to, and is not intended for direct use by, children or individuals under the age of 18. See "Children's Privacy" below for more detail.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We may collect the following categories of information:

• Contact and account information: name, job title/role (e.g., teacher, counselor, district administrator), email address, phone number, and password/login credentials
• School or district information: school or district name, state, country, and zip/postal code
• Purchase and transaction information: products purchased, order history, and billing information (billing/payment details are collected and processed by our payment processor and/or Sky Pilot, our digital delivery partner — see "Third-Party Service Providers" below; All For Kidz does not directly store full payment card numbers)
• Demographic and preference information: such as areas of interest, grade levels taught, or subjects relevant to customer surveys, newsletters, or offers
• Communications: information you provide when you contact us, submit feedback, complete a form, or participate in a survey, contest, or promotion
• Usage and technical information: collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies, including pages visited, time on site, browser/device type, and general location (see "Cookies and Analytics" below)

Most of the information we collect is business/professional contact information relating to educators and administrators, not personal information relating to students or children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from students or other minors through the Site — see "Children's Privacy" below.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our products, Services, and Materials
• Create and manage your account and process your purchases
• Deliver purchased digital Materials to you through our authorized delivery partner, Sky Pilot, including administering the limited-time access periods associated with each product
• Communicate with you about your account, orders, or customer service requests
• Send promotional emails about new products, special offers, or other information we think you may find of interest, using the email address you've provided (for example, our "Stay TuNED" or similar newsletters). You may unsubscribe from these communications at any time using the instructions included in each email.
• Administer contests, promotions, surveys, or other site features you choose to participate in
• Conduct market research, which may involve contacting you by email, phone, or mail
• Customize and improve the Site based on how it is used
• Comply with applicable law, respond to legal process, and protect the rights, property, and safety of All For Kidz, our users, and the public

We will not sell or lease your personal information to third parties. We may share information with service providers as described below, or as required by law.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The Site is not directed to children and is not intended for direct use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through the Site, and account registration is limited to adult educators and administrators.

Some information about visitors to the Site — including any minors who may independently access it despite the Site not being directed to them — may be gathered passively through cookies and similar technologies, and any such information is used exclusively for non-personal, aggregate web-analytics purposes to improve our website.

If we become aware that a minor under the age of 18 has registered an account, made a purchase, or otherwise provided personal information directly to us through the Site, we will take all reasonable steps within our power to promptly investigate and delete such information in accordance with applicable law, including the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), where applicable. If you are a parent, guardian, or district administrator and believe a minor has provided personal information to us directly through the Site, please contact us immediately using the information in "Contacting Us" below so we can address it.

Student information used within classroom Materials. Certain Materials (for example, worksheets, self-reflection activities, or printable resources) may be completed by students on paper or within a classroom setting facilitated by a teacher. All For Kidz does not collect, receive, or store this student-generated content unless a teacher or district specifically and voluntarily submits it to us (for example, as feedback). Schools and districts remain responsible for the handling, storage, and protection of any student work product created using our Materials in accordance with FERPA and applicable state student data privacy laws.

Student Data Privacy Agreements. Upon request from a school district, All For KIDZ will work in good faith to execute an appropriate data privacy agreement (such as a National Student Data Privacy Consortium agreement or district-provided equivalent) governing any student data that may be incidentally collected or processed in connection with district use of our Services.

COOKIES AND ANALYTICS

A cookie is a small file placed on your device that helps us recognize your browser and understand how the Site is used. Cookies allow the Site to respond to you as an individual and tailor certain features to your preferences.

We use traffic log and analytics cookies (including Google Analytics) to identify which pages are used most, analyze web traffic patterns, and improve the Site. We use this information for statistical and website-improvement purposes only. A cookie does not give us access to your computer or device, or to any information about you beyond what you choose to share with us.

• Sky Pilot / Shop Circle — our authorized digital delivery platform, used to host, stream, and deliver purchased digital Materials (including videos and printables) to authorized users. Your purchase and access-related information may be processed by Sky Pilot in connection with fulfilling your order. • Payment processors — to securely process purchases made through the Site.
• Email and marketing platforms — to send newsletters, order confirmations, and other communications you've opted into.
• Analytics providers (e.g., Google Analytics) — as described above.

We require our service providers to handle information consistent with this Privacy Policy and applicable law, but we are not responsible for the independent privacy practices of these third parties beyond our contractual relationship with them. We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not share it with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes without your consent.
