All products sold through NEDventure Resources (shop.thenedshows.com) are digital products only and are not physically shipped. There are no physical goods, packages, or hard copies included with any purchase made on this Site unless otherwise explicitly stated on the product page at checkout.

Digital Delivery. Upon completion of your purchase, access to your digital product — including lesson plans, printables, worksheets, videos, and other Materials — is provided through Sky Pilot, our authorized third-party digital delivery platform. You will receive instructions via email and/or through your account login portal explaining how to access, stream, or download your purchased Materials.

Access Windows. Each product is made available for a specified, limited-time access window. The applicable access period for a given product is identified at the time of purchase and within your account's login portal. It is your responsibility to review the access window for each product and to download, save, print, or otherwise make use of the Materials within that period where permitted, as access may expire and will not automatically be extended or renewed once the window has closed.

Delivery Issues. If you experience any difficulty accessing your purchased Materials — including issues with download links, streaming, or login access — please contact us using the information below, or refer to the support resources available within the Sky Pilot delivery portal.

Assemblies and In-Person Events. This Shipping Policy applies only to digital products purchased through this Site. It does not apply to in-person assemblies, Family Fun Night events, or other live/in-person programming, which are scheduled, delivered, and governed separately under their own agreements and policies outside of this website. Please contact us directly for information regarding assembly or event scheduling and related terms.
